Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, Ton Develop receives your name, email, selected country / region, project location and any optional telephone number, measurements and notes you provide. We use these details to respond and discuss your project.

The form sends the enquiry to our email inbox. It does not create a customer account or add you to a marketing mailing list. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project notes.

Website operation

This site uses an essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form against misuse. It is not used for advertising. The website does not load third-party analytics, advertising trackers, remotely hosted fonts or embedded social-media players.

Our hosting and email providers process the technical information necessary to operate those services. Server logs may contain information such as your IP address and requested pages. The website also temporarily uses hashed IP addresses to limit repeated form submissions.

Website languages

We use Weglot to provide translated versions of this website. Weglot processes page content and technical information needed to deliver translations, and may remember your language choice in your browser. Translated pages are delivered through Weglot's service.

Our enquiry inputs are marked as excluded from translation. If you use the form on a translated page, the service delivering that page may also handle the request in transit to our website. See Weglot's privacy policy for information about its processing.

Protecting the enquiry form

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. The security check processes technical information about your browser and connection. Our server sends the verification token to Cloudflare to confirm the check; it does not include your name, email, project location or message in that verification request.

If verification cannot be completed, you can still contact us directly by email or telephone. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy for details of its processing.

Keeping and managing information

Enquiry correspondence is handled through our email system. Information needed for a project may also form part of the project records and associated contractual documentation.

Questions about your information

To ask how your information is handled, or request access, correction or deletion, contact clients@tondevelop.com. We will explain any records that need to be retained for an ongoing project or other applicable obligations.
